We’re looking for a female support workers to join our dedicated team at Sheltering Hands.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **female support worker** to provide care for a wheelchair-bound participant. This role involves **2:1 support** for the first two hours of each shift, during which you will work alongside another support worker to deliver high-level personal care.

Locations:

- Northern Suburbs of Melbourne

What you need:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Relevant Qualification to work in Disability Support
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing **personal care** during the first two hours of the shift, including:

- Bed baths
- Changing clothes
- Catheter care (changing urine catheter)
- Hoisting the participant from bed to recliner using appropriate manual handling equipment
- Supporting daily routines and ensuring the participant is settled comfortably
- Following individual care plans and protocols
- Maintaining a safe and respectful environment
