The Delivery Driver is responsible to distribute indian grocery products promptly and safely to our customers by following routes and time schedule. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

**Task Description**

The Delivery Driver may assist in the work activities as specified below, but not limited to the following:

- Determine the destinations of goods and most appropriate delivery routes and make on time deliveries
- Assist with loading to ensure goods are arranged for ease of delivery and safely secured to avoid damage
- Park vehicle in a proper designated parking position
- Must adhere to traffic laws
- Must pay self for any illegal parking fines or traffic infringement
- Clean vehicle and surrounding parking areas
- Collect payment on delivery if requested and submit all payment you receive from our customers to the Company swiftly upon return to the branch terminal
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse by providing labor support for the branch office; perform a range of general and specific warehouse task, such as assembling, loading and unloading products as well as other general warehouse duties
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Company
- Comply with WHS Policies and Structures

**Personal Requirements**:

- able to work at a constant pace
- How many years' experience do you have as a delivery driver?
- Do you have experience performing automotive vehicle services?
- Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
- Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: From $23.39 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Van driver: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
