**The Opportunity**:
An opportunity has arisen to join our high performing Territory Management team covering the Western suburbs ( Sydenham Melton Gisborne Deer Park )
This role reports into the Zone Manager and contributes to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel and managing the instore execution of our sales activity program.
**The Accountabilities**:
- Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of 3 part time direct reports (merchandisers).
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers in store; deliver target compliance activities and incremental opportunities.
- Effectively manage the merchandiser budget.
- Strictly adhere to provided OH&S guidelines.
- Be an active participant within the VIC field sales team.

- A track record in sales and/or a background in grocery store management; an understanding of our customer base.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills; a genuine customer focus.
- Commercial acumen and decision-making ability; demonstrated ability to partner with store decision makers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- High self-drive and organisation skills, with an ability to effectively plan, manage time and set priorities.
- Leadership experience, or the demonstrated ability to lead others.
