We are now looking for a passionate and skilled Pizzaiolo to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional dining experience.

As our Pizzaiolo, you will be responsible for crafting delicious, high-quality pizzas that reflect the true essence of Italian cuisine. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment, where your expertise in pizza-making will play a crucial role in our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, including classic Italian styles and specialty pizzas.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all pizzas meet our high standards.
- Operate and maintain the pizza oven, ensuring optimal cooking conditions.
- Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, including dough, sauces, and toppings, to create authentic pizzas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist in menu development by suggesting new pizza ideas and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels for pizza ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo in a high-quality Italian restaurant.
- Expertise in pizza-making, including dough preparation, hand-stretching, and baking.
- Knowledge of traditional Italian pizza styles and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends as required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Rotating roster
