**Key responsibilities**:
Based in Melbourne or Sydney, the Graduate will be working directly with Coles on the Coles Synergy platform to help drive usage and engagement, curate and create content, and encourage collaboration between Suppliers and Coles.
- Report platform and reporting issues internally and work with Internal stakeholders to resolve the matters accordingly in a timely manner
- Respond to external client queries in relation to the constitution of IRI's core data platform, reporting, and measures
- Deliver on time, high quality IRI deliverables (platform and reports) to clients
- Use IRI proprietary software to create reporting solutions to meet client needs
- Provide technical support to stakeholders on the use of IRI proprietary software, such as running retrievals, fixing and/or logging software errors etc.
- Build new relevant relationships with key client contacts, support the generation of quotes and incremental opportunities

**We're looking for**:

- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and plan effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills + confident presentation skills
- Confident using Microsoft suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and passion for problem solving
- Understanding of the FMCG Industry _(desirable)_
