**The Opportunity**
We're seeking an experienced Administrator to provide high-level administrative support and centralized rostering support for the Service Delivery Manager within our SIL residence in South Australia. This role combines executive support with operational administration, requiring someone who can masterfully juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support to the Service Delivery Manager and senior management team
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
- Prepare and distribute executive communications and reports
- General administration duties
- Maintain office operations, including ordering supplies
- Support quality audits and compliance documentation
- Coordinate team events and internal communications
- Respond to roster requests within designated timeframes, addressing urgent requests promptly.
- Fill shifts promptly to minimize participants disruption
- Manage staff queries regarding rosters and communicate changes effectively
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adhere to business procedures and WH&S policies, promoting a safe working environment.
**About You**
- Experience in a similar support role (mínimal 2 years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in maintaining confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting a busy team
- Experience within the NDIS sector (mínimal 2 years)
- Strong quality and compliance focus
**Skills and Experience**:
- Must hold a NDIS Workers Screening Card
- Must hold a Working with Children Check
- Must hold a current police check
- High level of resilience, flexibility, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and think on your feet.
- Initiative and discipline in managing your workload, with a commitment to a solutions-focused approach.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: From $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
