**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Nellie Melba**Retirement Village,**Wheelers Hill as a Personal Care Worker. We have 4 part time positions available:
Option 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday 0700 - 1300

Option 2 Tuesday and Thursday 1600 - 2100; Wednesday 1500 -2100

Option 3 Monday and Tuesday 1500 - 2200; Wednesday 1500 - 2200

Option 4 Tuesday and Thursday 1700 - 2200

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

**About You**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
- Kindness in your DNA
- Strong empathy
- Outstanding communication skills
- A reliable, friendly and professional style
