Bar Manager

Our Rosebery venue is set in a converted warehouse in the heart of Sydney, serving seasonal, ethically sourced dishes and drinks. We’re now on the hunt for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help deliver an exceptional drinks experience that lives up to the Ducks’ name.

**What the role looks like**:

- Leading and inspiring the bar team day-to-day
- Developing and maintaining a creative, well-balanced drinks menu that aligns with the Ducks’ ethos
- Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensuring compliance with RSA, licensing, and safety standards
- Training, mentoring, and upskilling staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Supporting overall venue operations alongside the leadership team

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous bar management or senior bar experience in a high-volume venue
- Strong product knowledge across wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails
- A natural leader who builds positive, motivated teams
- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing stock, budgets, and rosters
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating memorable guest experiences
- Weekend and evening availability

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
