As a valued member of the Payroll Services Team, the Payroll Coordinator is fully competent and maintains responsibility for the ongoing coordination of their Payroll Team. This includes coordination with Managers and Kronos Admin staff to help ensure there is a sound understanding of Payroll and system requirements to achieve accurate payments for staff that are approved and signed off within deadlines, accurate processing of contracts and terminations, and a high level of support to Managers and Employees. It has a priority focus on stakeholder relationships to achieve end user satisfaction and supports the delivery of accurate, compliant, efficient preparation and accurate production of the payment of salaries and wages for Bendigo Health employees.
