SEE Group have a great career opportunity available for a Plant Administrator based at our workshop at Yatala who will be responsible for the tracking and reporting of costs associated with plant management of the Cadia Integrating Tailings Project. Additionally, the role will source and procure goods and services on behalf of the workshop from contracted suppliers, whilst ensuring that all purchases meet specifications, pricing, and quality. This is a diverse and fast-paced role with a variety of work scope, including fleet management, accounts and administration tasks.**Responsibilities**
- Track and report on costs associated with the operation of the fleet, ensuring financial visibility and control.
- Raise equipment maintenance work orders in The Fleet Office system and utilise paper copies of daily pre-start checklists from the site to generate accurate and timely work orders.
- Assist with the coordination of transportation of plant and equipment.
- Accountable for procurement of parts for plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with client and project requirements.
- Abide by procurement practices and maximise savings and benefits available to SEE Group.
- Raising purchases orders and performing accounts duties that include but not limited to; receipting, invoice entry, assisting with the budget and financials on a month basis, and entering financial data into the system accordingly.
- Maintaining registers and ensuring compliance is up to date and accurate.
- General ad hoc administrational duties.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**
- Background in Procurement, Purchasing or Accounts Payable.
- Sound understanding of cost tracking.
- A high attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task and manage competing demands.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering financial documents.
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
- Experience in the construction industry is favourable but not essential.
