**The Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to be part of our Corporate Services Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide accurate and timely financial support and advice to Divisional Clients and Staff. Responsibilities include managing the coordination and preparation of financial reports, developing, and improving the delivery of quality financial services, analysing and accurately interpreting financial information to provide reliable advice and informed decision making.

The role contributes delivering the agency’s priorities including organizational performance as a modern, flexible and responsive organization that values and develops its people whilst supporting the delivery of all other priorities.

This role contributes to delivering the agency’s budget development process and provides advice and consultancy on complex budget and financial management issues.

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.
- Two positions available

**Requirements**:

- Role is located in Adelaide CBD however incumbent maybe required to work in an equivalent role elsewhere in PIRSA
- Out of hours work and inter / intrastate travel may be required.
- Australian residency or current works permit is required (responsibility of applicant to provide evidence of a current work permit).
- The incumbent will be required to undertake emergency management training and must be willing to participate in emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities required by government agencies.
- **Desirable**: An appropriate qualification at a tertiary level in Accounting, Business or Commerce.

**Remuneration**
**ASO5 - $85,790 min - $95,413 max per annum, plus superannuation
