**About the role**

We are growing and we are looking for Home Care Support Workers to join our growing Home Care Team (Community Aged Care) across Perth Metro area especially in and around the following suburbs.
- Perth
- Maylands
- Mt Lawley
- Midland
- Kalamunda
- Lesmurdie
- Forrestfield

This role will see you supporting older Australians living at home by providing:, and:

- Domestic Assistance
- Personal care, including showering
- Assisting clients with toileting, continence aids
- Supporting with mobility
- Meal preparation
- Support with Medicaton
- Facilitating social connection

**About you**

You’ll care about supporting older Australians to maintain their independence at home, and have the following:

- **Certificate III in Individual Support **_or equivalent_**:

- **Minimum availability to work three days between Monday to Friday**:

- **Ability to work afterhours (to 7pm) and weekends desirable but not essential.**:

- Experience working as a community support worker is desirable, but not essential
- Great communication skills, verbal and written.
- C Class Driver’s Licence
- Access to a roadworthy vehicle that is registered in WA and covered by **Third-Party Vehicle insurance is a must**:

- Influenza and COVID vaccination are preferred but not required
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
