We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as **Casual Admissions Hosts** at our iconic Darling Harbour Attractions**:SEA LIFE Sydney, WILD LIFE Sydney**, and **Madame Tussauds Sydney**. If you’re available throughout the upcoming NSW School Holiday period—including public holidays, weekdays, and weekends—this could be the perfect fit

**About the Role**

As a Casual Admissions Host, you’ll report to the SEA LIFE Sydney Assistant Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring their experience starts on the best note.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Warmly welcoming every guest with a smile.
- Offering the best ticket deals and experience options to make their visit seamless.
- Managing crowds in both indoor and outdoor environments, in all weather conditions.
- Checking tickets while building excitement as guests enter our attractions.
- Acting as an ambassador for not only our Merlin attractions but for Sydney itself, helping guests with any city-related queries.
- Supporting health and safety protocols, including monitoring capacity and social distancing measures.
