We are an iconic brewery and hospitality venue located in the heart of Geelong and we pride ourselves on crafting delicious beers and providing a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike

**About the Role**:
As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the operational success of our venue. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a renowned brand in the hospitality industry.
- Supervise and support front-of-house team members during service periods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including liquor licensing laws.
- Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Weekend and evening work required.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service and cellar management.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
