Site Foreman

**Site Foreman/ Project Manager Residential Building & Commercial Projects.**

This position will require you to be on the tools at times depending on the stage of the project. Our client is an established Luxury Residential builder who have a strong pipeline of work. Experienced Site Foreman to join client’s successful team and work on great residential projects. Working closely with the Architects & Director.
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
- Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors
- Liaising with Consultants, Clients
- Complete deadlines at a HIGH Standard on time & within budget

**Experience/Skills Required**
- Carpentry background preferred, other trades will be considered
- Strong knowledge with Computer technology
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a foreman on projects up to $8m
- Strong communication skills
