**The key responsibilities and duties of the role**:

- Manage entire warehouse operations
- Stock control, quality control, WHS management, employee work-flow optimization
- Ensure timeliness of scheduled deliveries and meet deadlines
- Maintain the inventory records
- Ensure facility equipment working properly and the work environment
- Communicate with warehouse team members to create effective teamwork
- Liaise with clients to build and maintain effective relationship
- Related ad-hoc duties

**Profile**

**In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills, and strengths**:

- Previous experience in managing a 3PL warehouse
- Experience in freight forwarding preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- A can-do attitude
- Team player
- Must have own transportation to commute

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Reservoir, VIC 3073: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
