As a Trainee you will undertake a Certificate 3 in Accounts Administration. Over a 12 month traineeship arrangement under a contract where you will learn on-the-job to be a skilled employee.

As an Accounts Administration Trainee responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable and receivable. Communicating with suppliers and customers.

Duties will include:

- Data entry of accounts payable and receivable
- Administration of customer accounts, purchase order data entry & review
- Transfer data between operational logs and finance sheets
- Work reliably and effectively within a team environment
- Preparation of financial basic financial sheets
- Support general administration tasks as required including reception cover, orders and minute taking

To be considered for a Accounts Administration Traineeship the following is required:

- Showcase initiative and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical
- Works effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have effective organisational and time management skills
- Undertake a National Criminal History and Bankruptcy check**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $79,046.99 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
