**_ We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at Derwent Views Facility (formerly Freemasons Home) in Hobart, Tasmania. This position is on a part-time basis._**

**Requirements**:
As Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant, you'll work in conjunction with the L&L team to deliver a diverse and high quality range of recreational lifestyle activities to all Respect residents that reflect their individual interests, preferences and capabilities.

We're looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is highly organised, and has a knack for problem-solving.

- A genuine interest for working in aged care.
- Well developed customer service skills.
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to lead and organise the social care team and volunteers.
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
