As Associate Director, Program Management you’ll develop program strategies, and drive business

You’ll be responsible for the full project management lifecycle, often leading virtual and cross-functional teams. Your expertise will ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

**What You’ll Do**
- Plan and execute end-to-end transformation and cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with the Network Strategy and business objectives.
- Lead and influence key stakeholders, including chairing senior steering committees and presenting at Business Performance Reviews across Networks CTO and SLT.
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery within approved funding limits.
- Monitor compliance with delivery frameworks and governance tools, providing regular assurance updates to senior leadership.
- Champion the adoption of digital tools and Agile methodologies, operationalise improvement initiatives, and drive capability uplift across the program team.

**What You Bring**
- Years’ experience leading complex programs, ideally in telecommunications or utilities. Experience working in a PMO and to governance principles for at least 5 years.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, PMBOK, Lean Six Sigma are highly regarded.
- Extensive experience with program and project management systems and tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Power Platform). Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate is a plus.
- Strong financial management skills, with a proven ability to manage Opex and Capex spend in line with AOP.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and deliver results.
