We are looking for a motivated **casual Food & Beverage Attendant** to join the PLG team at **Stoney's** in **Bacchus Marsh**. You'll be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish.

Stoney’s is located in beautiful Bacchus Marsh Victoria, approximately 50km west of Melbourne. Set on the edge of the Werribee River, the hotel captures the tranquility of the town’s traditional relaxed garden market character.

**What will my duties include?**
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service, taking their orders, and providing recommendations on food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including dining tables, service stations, and kitchen areas.
- Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

**What we are looking for**:

- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
