**Sales Representative - Commercial/Industrial LED Lighting Solutions**

**FULL-TIME POSITION, OR PART TIME WITH COMMENSURATE REMUNERATION ADJUSTMENT**

**Full-time salary**: _$80,000 - $95,000 + incentives + 11% Super (Salary commensurate with experience and skills)_

**What You'll Do**:

- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Collaborate with our tight-knit sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience in the lighting industry or a related field is preferred but not essential. We value a strong willingness to learn if you’re new to this technology.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven end-to-end sales experience, particularly **solution-based selling**.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly, especially in the context of new and emerging technologies.
- **Attention to Detail**: Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word) is essential. Experience with QuickBooks and an understanding of electrical wholesalers would be a plus.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- **Driver’s License**: A current driver's license is required.
