Are you the kind of person who loves variety, thrives on creativity, and takes pride in getting things done? We’re a growing hospitality business with big ideas — and we’re looking for a reliable, proactive **All-Rounder** to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be the go-to person for a bit of everything: from coordinating marketing campaigns and keeping our socials looking sharp, to handling admin, organising logistics, and helping the team stay on track.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Implementing marketing initiatives — creating content, scheduling posts, managing in-store promotions, launching new products and helping bring ideas to life
- Handling admin tasks like responding to enquiries, managing schedules, updating documents and databases; strong communicator
- Assisting with day-to-day operations — from supplier coordination to keeping projects moving
- Pitching in with whatever needs doing (we’re a small team, so we all wear a few hats)
- Contributing fresh ideas to help us grow and improve - and always working on making things work better for us.

**What We’re Looking For**

You’re a prompt self-starter who’s organised, creative, and unflappable. You love a to-do list but also have an eye for design and storytelling. You’re tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Someone with tons of initiative and has a keen interest in developing new products and ideas.

**You’ll fit right in if you have**:

- Experience in marketing, admin, or operations (or all three)
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, E-Commerce platforms and social media platforms.
- A friendly, flexible, can-do attitude.
- A mobile person and be able to drive - or heading that way.
