Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services the position supports the day-to-day operation of the Executive team to ensure efficient business practices and to support the delivery of safe, effective, personal and connected care at MDH.

The position also provides leave replacement to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. You will have high level communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate initiative and an ability to self-manage maintaining strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality. General technology proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point is essential.

Relevant experience providing senior level administrative support is preferred but not essential.*
