**Our Program**

Our comprehensive two-year program provides a structured and supportive transition from graduate to confident practitioner:

- **Year 1**: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity and critical care. Discover your passions and build a strong foundation of clinical skills.
- **Year 2**: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

**Eligibility**
- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma or Bachelor degree.
- Be eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled/Registered Nurse or Midwife by February 2026.
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
