Water Main and Fire Hydrant Technician

Previous experience is not required however a background in trades or building would be advantageous. Join a friendly close knit team with lots of flexibility and autonomy.

**What we are looking for**
- Ideally you will have previous experience in waters mains or fire hydrant testing however **previous experience is not required**:

- Previous experience in building, industrial or construction - plumbers, labourers, boilermakers or any trades experience would be considered
- Excellent communication and good customer service skills
- **Full training will be provided**

**The role**
- You will be Testing water mains before construction begins and after construction finishes on a range sites across QLD
- Fire Hydrant commissioning and testing pressures across QLD
- Providing good customer service and interacting with builders and architects
- Writing basic reports and sending back to head office
- Manage your own day / week with lots of autonomy

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
