**The Position**

We are currently seeking a number of **Casual Kitchenhands** to join our hospitality team in **Mt Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula**. This is an exciting opportunity for creative ‘foodies’ working within a close-knit team that will allow you to develop your skills and build your knowledge alike.

The role is predominately days, with flexibility across a Monday to Sunday roster - some excellent penalty rates will be up for grabs

**A day in the life**
- Food preparation assistance
- Stock rotation and stock control
- Operating a commercial dishwasher to a high standard
- Assist with general kitchen duties under the direction of the Chef

**What we’ll need from you**
- You love working in a busy and fast paced environment
- Highly regarded if you have previous knife skills
- Great team player This is great team of people with great energy and desire to do a great job
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
