**We seek a qualified and experienced Wellness Team Leader to commence immediately.**

Our college is situated 40km North-West of the Melbourne CBD and has over 250 staff enjoying a dynamic and collaborative work environment amongst pristine surroundings.

- Being part of and leading a growing Wellness Team, reporting directly into the Principal
- Taking on the mission to professionally engage with young people and walk with them on their journey, acting as a positive role model in the Don Bosco tradition
- Overseeing the case management of students who are experiencing challenges, employing strength-based practices to build agency, life skills and resilience, whilst partnering with affected others in a community manner
- 12 weeks of school holidays
- ‘Life friendly’ hours of work (8am - 4:05pm)

- The satisfaction of contributing to the educational development of our local young people.
