About Us:
Urban Chic isn't just a hair salon; it's a **pink haven** of creativity, laughter, and fabulous hair transformations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in a stylish, welcoming space.

Your Schedule:

- **Tuesday**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Wednesday & Thursday**: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- **Friday**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends required We're open to part-time arrangements; however, applicants must be available during our core hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday._

The Role:
This is a **fast-paced, on-your-feet-all-day** position. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring the salon runs smoothly. Your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for every client's experience.

What You'll Do:

- Greet clients with a warm smile and make them feel like part of the Urban Chic family.
- Manage appointments and keep the salon running smoothly.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and flair.
- Assist stylists with **basin work**, including shampooing and toning etc.
- Keep the salon environment clean, organized, and stylish.

What We're Looking For:

- A positive, can-do attitude and a love for people.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or reception is a plus.
- A passion for the beauty industry and staying up-to-date with trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- No weekends
