Challenger is hiring experienced flour mill cleaners to work with one of Australia’s leading flour production manufacturers.

**Shift times**:

- Morning shift - 7am to 3pm

4 minutes' walk from North Melbourne Railway Station

**About the Role**:
This is a key role where you’ll help maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in a fast-paced, high-performance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and sanitation to a range of high risk flour mill areas
- Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Ensuring the highest level of quality standards are maintained with the support of your team mates

**About you**:

- Must be available to work day shifts, Monday to Friday
- Must have experience in food processing cleaning, including high risk and high care environments
- Have knowledge of HACCP and GMP
- Have a good understanding of the WH&S processes
- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- Good presentation and grooming
- Sound communication skills
