Night Host

Elements of Byron are looking for a night owl who can demonstrate a commitment and passion for customer service to join the Front Office team in this casual **Night Host role working from 10pm - 8am, 2 Days a week, Wed & Thu.**
- Working the late night shift, 10pm - 8am you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the property as well as assisting the Night Duty Manager with porter and other guest service related duties
- There are a few things that will make you shine in this role, having energy and a positive attitude, a genuine customer service focus and an eye for detail in performing regular checks of the lobby and public areas ensuring they remain clean and presentable at all times
- Your reliability and efficiency will be beneficial in assisting guests to and from their villas and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Front Office role within a Resort/Hotel environment
- Able to work night shifts from 10pm to 8am, Wednesday and Thursday nights
- Current drivers license (essential)
- A focus on excellence, accuracy and perfection down to the smallest details
- Cleaning experience
- Experience with the Opera System desirable
- High degree of communication skills
- A professional appearance and demeanour that will represent our brand well
