**The Role**:
We are currently seeking creative and dynamic Program Coordinators to lead our team of educators at one of our services in Northern Beaches
- 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm (Plus weekly admin hours)
- Permanent Part-Time Employment
- Above Award Pay + Split Shift Allowances

**Position Description**:
As a Coordinator, you will be involved in the development and delivery of exceptional and innovative programs, running the activities, playing games & ensuring we are providing a safe and welcoming environment for our families.

Our Coordinators are managers of their own service and staff at that service. It is their responsibility to manage all administration tasks including (but not limited to) programming, menu planning, medical documentation management, staff management, community engagement & day to day compliance of their service.

Our Coordinators build great relationships within the school community and beyond and are directly supported by their Area Manager and Operations Manager. TheirCare Coordinators are dedicated to making a difference in the growth and development of children. Career progression opportunities exist from time to time for our Coordinators to step up into an Area Manager role.

**About you**

You are a natural leader. You have previous experience in the OSHC or child care sector to inform the role. As a Coordinator you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering innovative programs and incredible experiences for the children in your care. You’ll build great relationships within the school community and beyond. You are dedicated to making a difference in the growth and development of children

To be considered for this position, you must:

- Be working towards or have completed a Diploma level ACECQA approved qualification or higher
- Hold an Employee Working with Children's Check
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications (including valid CPR)

**Salary**: From $31.95 per hour
