**Support Worker - High Intensity Support**

**About you**

To be eligible for this role you must have a MINIMUM qualification of Certificate IV in Individual Support or Mental Health and/or AT LEAST 2 years experience dealing with clients who have complex high needs. We have a large number of clients to assist and will require good availability. Open to overnight shifts a plus.

Enrolled nurses / university students studying Paramedicine, Psychology, Mental Health, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Social Work are welcome. Advanced qualifications in a relevant field is highly regarded.

For this specific role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have:

- Minimum 2 years experience working with or have knowledge of Dissociative Identity Disorder, Psychosis, Autism Spectrum Disorder/Asperger’s, Severe Trauma, ADHD, FASD
- Certificate IV in Mental Health / Individual Support OR relevant experience
- Experience with PEG Feeding & Manual Handling
- Good physical and mental fitness
- Valid Driver’s Licence along with a comprehensively insured vehicle essential
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Blue / Yellow or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Card
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- MAYBO training a plus
