**We are seeking a superstar Barista & Café all rounder** - Local is the black // _Finn & Co Café is located in the heart of Springwood town, Blue Mountains. Surrounded by the beauty of the Mountains Finns captures a uniquely rustic & homely experience while striving to support it's local community. We are on the hunt for an experienced, bright & bubbly Barista to join our team on a part-time or casual basis at our bustling Blue Mountains café. The Role: - Previous Café or restaurant experience essential - Sound knowledge of all things coffee - Comfortable working solo on the machine - Confident with the day-to-day FOH operations of a café - Weekday, weekend & public holiday availability essential - Comfortable using POS, cash transactions & EFTPOS - Have Australian rights to work Ideally, you: - Will have a minimum 2+ years experience as a Barista - Hold a current RSA - Have experience working in a fast-paced Café environment - Are customer focused - passionate about interacting & building rapport with our customers - Are able to take initiative & have a healthy "good vibes", can-do attitude to our friendly team - Are honest, punctual & reliable If this is you please send through your Resumes & CVs to Rob. **Job Type**: Casual **Salary**: $27.15 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Free drinks - Free food Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Morning shift - On call - Public holidays - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Penalty rates - Tips
