As an Sales Consultant at Werribee BYD, you will play a key role in helping customers explore and purchase the latest in electric vehicle technology. You’ll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team, offering an exceptional customer experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your goal will be to build lasting relationships with customers, educate them on the benefits of electric vehicles, and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering guidance on vehicle features and benefits.
- Provide expert knowledge on the full range of BYD electric vehicles, explaining their unique selling points, technology and sustainability aspects.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend the right vehicle model and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to closing the deal.
- Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s overall success.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure a positive customer experience and long-term satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or customer service (preferably in the automotive industry).
- Knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs) or an eagerness to learn about them.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sustainable technology and the future of electric vehicles.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive, customer-first attitude with a focus on providing outstanding service.
- A current Australian driver’s license.
