Our clinic in Five Dock is currently seeking** Contact Centre Agents **to join the team.***

These newly created roles are permanent full time positions working Monday - Friday, working eight hour shifts between **8am-5:30pm**. We also offer **flexible rostering** options to work within your availability, including part-time opportunities with a minimum of 3 days.

Role Overview:
As a **Contact Centre Agent**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include
- Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to book appointments and manage call flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Prior experience in a contact centre isn't required, as you will receive supportive training to learn our systems and build a foundation of radiology knowledge.
