We tailor all learning at Maroochydore from 6 weeks to 5 years old. We create purposeful, engaging spaces that inspire creativity, curiosity, and exploration.

**_Skills & Strengths & Style _**

- A **Diploma in Early Childhood Education** (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- A current **Working with Children Check**.
- Strong knowledge of the **EYLF** and **National Quality Standards**.
- **Full Australian working rights**.
- A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation.
- The **confidence and curiosity** to build genuine connections with families and the local community.
- A **team-first mindset** and a passion for making a real difference.
- Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor.
