**About This Role** As the EHS Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Environment Health and Safety Management System which complies to CAE’s policies, legislations, contracts, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. The role will spearhead developing and maintaining a ‘safety first, always’ culture across the company by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, strategy, direction and specialist advice in order to achieve CAE’s goals to be a global employer of choice and work-class leader in safety.
