At PACS, we’re proud to deliver the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program - helping veterans and their families stay independent, safe, and supported at home.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will:

- Provide personal care, companionship, and support that truly makes a difference.
- Assist veterans to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home.
- Support with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and light domestic assistance.
- Offer encouragement, emotional support, and social connection.
- Work alongside a supportive nursing and care team, with guidance provided.

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Home & Community) or equivalent experience.
- A caring nature and genuine passion for working with veterans.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Current CPR, First Aid and Police Check.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
