**Your New Rol**e**

As an Receptionist/Administration Officer, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

**What does your new role look like?**
- Providing a range of administrative and reception functions including rostering
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
- Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
- Assisting with facility accounts
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

**Does this sound like you?**
- Previous administrative and rostering experience
- Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to work 4 days per week (Monday 9am to 3pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm, Sunday 10am to 2pm plus 1 additional day per week which is flexible)
- A flexible and team orientated approach
- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
