**The Gig**

With an exciting project award currently in flight, a role has become available for a proactive, highly organised and clear-thinking Talent Partner to join a busy and diverse HR project team You will play a key recruitment role to assist deliver a major Infrastructure project in Melbourne Your primary goal is simple - You will be accountable to design and implement strategies to locate, source and evaluate talent based on the project hiring requirements and objectives, and onboard them into the business

You are a true go getter - A collaborator, and connector, who holds a commitment to sparking team synergy

Based in the Melbourne project office in Essendon, and reporting to both the HR Manager, and Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Talent and project team to recruit, hire and onboard 120 white
- and blue-collar employees who will drive the project forward

**You will be trusted with**:

- Delivering end to end recruitment of diverse range of white and blue collar civil, and Oil and Gas roles to support a key infrastructure project in Melbourne
- End to end specialist talent acquisition, including strategy, screening, assessment, selection and contract negotiation
- Managing recruitment projects and pipeline critical resources
- Supporting the development of proactive talent pools for specific job families
- Designing and implementing strategies to locate talent based on project hiring requirements and objectives
- Establishing and maintaining talent market expertise including industry trends and competitors, and innovative recruiting techniques and platforms
- Strategising marketing and advertising efforts on different platforms to ensure job posting’s visibility and reach
- Assisting to develop and innovative procedures to integrate new talent

- Proven experience in a fast-paced project environment
- Internal recruitment background in the engineering/mining construction/infrastructure sectors
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Analytical skills and solutions-focused
- Sound with MS Office
