The Metro Express Transport Group is a National Transport Company with a successful track record of growth and stability spanning over 35 years.

Metro Express is currently looking for a Client Services Representative / Fleet Controller to join the Metro Express Team in managing our fleet of vehicles from our operational base in Sunshine West.

This is an exciting and dynamic position which will provide challenges, responsibility and opportunity for advancement.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Melbourne
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Good Computer Skills - Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Dispatch experience desirable but not essential

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Customer service - developing and maintaining customer relations
- Management and growth of sub-contractor fleet
- Job bookings and queries
- Administration
