Sedgwick Building Review Technician
About you:
- Licensed Builder with Carpentry trade background (preferred)
- Familiar with estimating software
- 4+ years of industry experience
- Knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards and the National Construction Code
- Demonstrated experience in the building / construction field, with experience in estimating within the insurance industry highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in scope writing / estimating
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Extremely self-motivated
- Good prioritisation and organisational skills
