**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you a customer service-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity to be the face of a prestigious client organization? Join our team as a Concierge/Facilities Services Support and deliver exceptional reception and facilities services in Barton, ACT for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
**An Overview of the role**:
Provide superior customer service, acting as the first point of contact for clients and guests
Manage visitor check-ins and oversee the visitor management system
Coordinate and organize events
Offer technical support for various facilities
Maintain a tidy and presentable front-of-house area
Assist with back-of-house concierge and facilities duties
Build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
Collaborate with JLL Facilities Management and Project teams for successful service delivery
Proactively engage with senior staff and stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators and service level agreement targets

Professional presentation and high attention to detail
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to liaise effectively with high-level personnel and general client staff
Strong problem-solving and organisation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Australian Citizenship is essential for this role due to client demands, NV1 clearance will need to be held/obtained upon commencement
