Construction Partner currently thriving as a one of the largest property developers in Western Sydney suburbs having completed around 10,000 dwellings. Company has a significant portfolio varying from single dwellings to multi-storey complexes at various stages of the design and construction. **About the Role**

We are seeking experienced Site Foreman/Supervisor/ Finishing Foreman - Houses/Town Houses to join our construction team on site.

- Create and maintain construction schedules. and monitor attendance of Trades
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Liaise with property Engineers
- Order materials as needed.
- Ensure that projects remain within the allotted budget.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience with construction.
- A trade background will be added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role is required.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- You must have an acute attention to detail.
- You must also have a great attitude to work, and a driven nature to achieve a superb quality outcome for the client.
- A high commitment to safety, ability to think and act proactively.
- Great communication skills to lead and coordinate subbies, should be your strengths.
- Salary is Negotiable depending on Experience_
