**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for experienced Site Supervisors to join our growing Construction Management team based at our Melbourne CBD head office in a full time and permanent capacity.

These roles will be responsible for planning, leading and managing on-site project activities for Beon Energy Solutions to ensure that all key deliverables and targets are met. These roles will be working on projects in New South Wales (including the Quorn Park Substation & solar farm connection project, located in Parkes, NSW, 2870) and the Suburban Rail Loop project in Victoria.

**What will you deliver?**
- Plan, monitor and report on allocated site construction activities, identify risks and opportunities, assess and document plant, equipment services and materials required to complete works
- Provide effective management and direction of allocated construction activities on site having accountability for the allocated resources, health and safety, environment, productivity, adherence to schedule and quality of work
- Implement a safe working culture at all levels and ensure all health and safety policies, procedures and practices are clearly communicated and always followed
- Ensure contractors and contractor activities comply with scope, quality, legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multiple and varied stakeholders including designers, engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers
- Provide effective leadership and management of work crews (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) to ensure that the agreed outcomes of the projects are met
- Prepare construction methodologies and estimate durations for construction activities as input to project programs and tender proposals.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Current trade or tertiary qualification in electrical, building or construction management (required)
- Broad knowledge of construction principals
- Knowledge of electrical and/or civil construction methodologies and the integration of this into the planning and execution phases of the project
- Knowledge and experience in the concepts and principles of subcontractor management
- Knowledge of technical standards, construction practices and OH&S
- Experience supervising the construction of solar farms, BESS or substations with the ability to effectively manage both internal resources and sub-contractors to achieve project goals.
