**Role Responsibilities**:

- Full responsibility for own projects from concept to post-launch.
- Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, new products, and innovations.
- Ability and knowledge in core loop game balancing, working with mathematicians.
- Generate game-specific documentation containing the UI/UX flow of the project.
- Effectively communicate the scope to the development team
- Communicate and assist teams around the Globe outside of work hours that are relevant to the feature.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- At least 1 year of game design experience
- Creative thinker and motivation to tackle business challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Great attention to detail
- Interest in gaming and the gaming industry
- Proficient knowledge of the English language (written and oral);

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
