**From $56,500 + Super + Great Staff Benefits - Full time (45 hr a week contract
- this can be changed to a 38 hr a week contract as well)**

**The Role of a Supervisor |**
You will have shared responsibility with the Department Managers in supporting the daily operations of the Grocery department and team.
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations within the Grocery setting
- Providing exceptional customer service and building a strong rapport with our customers and team
- Be confident in delegating appropriate tasks to team members
- Have a hands-on approach, maintaining stock levels within the store, rotating stock, and keeping stock well presented at all times
- Understanding of computer-based systems
- Fork Lift Licence is advantageous
- Experience and knowledge in Grocery merchandising are preferred.
- Be able to function and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, teamwork and genuine concern for others
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- Have great problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box
- Keep a clean and organised workspace whilst adhering to our OHS and Food Safety guidelines
