About the role

Daikin Australia is currently sourcing an Inventory Controller with strong communication and interpersonal skills to be based at Warwick Farm, NSW. This role will look after the disposition of excess stock, managing the rebalancing of inventory between warehouses nationally.

Reporting to the National Service Manager, this role will provide regular updates and communication on status of all orders and stock issues ensuring we meet SCM targets.

Individuals that can work autonomously and have strong attention to details will be able to manage the overall stock transfers and execution of weekly transfer requirements liaising directly to both internal and external key contacts.

About you
- Previous experience with SAP system or similar database will be preferred.
- Strong experience working with advanced Excel.
- Ability to work with complex integrated systems.
- Strong initiative to take ownership of issues to ensure positive outcomes.
- Continuous improvement mindset to enhance business processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
