When you work for Neverland, you are more than just an employee - you are a part of our brand We are looking for **CASUAL SALES ASSISTANTS** to join our team at **NORTHLAND**. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll bring energy, passion, and style to the shop floor. You’ll support the team in delivering an epic customer experience and ensure the store is looking fresh and running smoothly. **Your Responsibilities**: - Support the store team with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks as required - Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times - Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy, product knowledge, and a positive attitude - Contribute to achieving store sales targets through confident customer interactions and efficient task execution - Assist with visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards - Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations - Take initiative and ownership on shift, stepping up where needed to support store performance and presentation **About you**: - Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering standout customer experience - Confident communicator with great people skills - Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role is ideal - Motivated to contribute to store success and team performance - Dependable, flexible, and ready to learn on the go **Why Join the Neverland Crew?** - Opportunity to build your retail leadership career in a fun, dynamic, and supportive environment - Ongoing development, coaching, and pathways for career progression - Staff discounts across all CSD Heritage Brands - Generous incentive program rewarding both individual and team success
