We are lucky enough to get to work some of the world's leading brands and work on some of the largest media activations out there and we now have a new role for a Research Manager to join our growing Research team.
This is a client facing role where you will build real insights into consumer trends, evaluate campaign impact, test out creative and basically get under the hood of all things research related. The role is quant focused so you must be experienced at writing surveys (not programming them however), managing survey panel providers, data analysis (SPSS or Q and Excel) and charting and building reports into Powerpoint.
Although the heart of our business is media planning and understanding media consumption and impact, we also spend a lot of time helping our clients understand their brands and their consumer behaviours better (culture, technology, shopping).
**Key Skills**:
- Mid-level experience in leading consumer surveys, creative testing, brand trackers etcfrom proposal / study design. All the way through to analysis and presentation
- A strong number cruncher who likes to examine the data through various lenses
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills and is a great storyteller
- Takes ownership for behaviour and integrity of work
- Works effectively as part of a team Must be interested in learning about the latest research methodologies and innovations to bring our clients the most leading-edge thinking
- The focus of the role is mostly about measuring the consumer impact of media (Online, TV, radio, print, OOH, cinema).
